Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains what Sparkmora (“we”, “us”) collects when you use https://sparkmora.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Sparkmora is operated by an individual developer. Contact: support@sparkmora.com.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address.
- Content you provide: the photo you upload, the effect options you choose, and the video generated from them.
- Order data: which credit packs you bought and your credit balance. We never see or store your card number; payments are handled by Creem.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and basic logs, used for security, abuse prevention (for example rate limits) and to keep the service working.
- Anonymous usage statistics: without cookies, we count which page was visited, the referring website (domain only), the campaign tag of the link you followed (if any), your country and your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop). To count unique visitors we use a hash of your IP address and browser details that changes every day; we do not store IP addresses for statistics.
- Account activity: when you are signed in, we also record a few steps, such as a photo being turned down by the automatic photo check or checkout being opened, to see where people get stuck.
2. How we use it
- To create the videos you request and show them in your account.
- To run your account, process purchases and provide support.
- To check each uploaded photo automatically before a video is made (pets only, no people, no unsafe content).
- To enforce our Acceptable Use Policy and prevent abuse and fraud.
- To maintain and improve the service.
- To understand how visitors find and use the site (anonymous statistics).
We do not sell your personal data. Sparkmora does not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with providers that help us run the service:
- fal.ai (AI processing): receives your photo and the effect settings, runs the video model and hosts the resulting files.
- Creem (Merchant of Record): payments, taxes, fraud and dispute handling.
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, database, email routing, and the automated photo check (Cloudflare Workers AI), which looks at each uploaded photo once to make sure it shows a pet and no people.
- Resend: delivery of sign-in emails.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our users and service.
4. Retention
Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored on fal.ai's content delivery network under unlisted links and are set to be deleted automatically after 30 days. Please download any video you want to keep. fal.ai keeps basic request records (such as the effect settings and file links) for up to 30 days. Your account history (video status, dates and credits used) and order records are kept while your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
5. Your uploads are private
We do not show user photos or generated videos publicly or in any gallery, and we do not use them in marketing without your permission. Anyone who has the exact link to one of your videos can open it, so share links with care.
6. Cookies
We use only necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a small cookie that tells our pages you are signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email support@sparkmora.com and we will respond within 3 business days.
8. International processing
Our providers operate in several countries, including the United States, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live.
9. Children
Sparkmora is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will delete the data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
